Workout 63. Day 73 11/12 weeks of Tapout XT. Today's Workout was Cross Core Combat.
30 Day Ab Challenge:Day 10: 50 sit-ups, 50 crunches, 30 leg raises, 38 seconds holding plank. I realized today I have been doing the planks wrong...lol :-)I got it right today.
