Workout 56. Day 66 10/12 weeks of Tapout XT. Today's Workout was Plyo XT.
I started 30 day ab challenge. I completed day 1-3 today. It started August 1st so I had to catch up. I felt the burn. Day 1 Ab Challenge:15 sit-ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, 10 planks. Day 2 Ab Challenge: 20 sit-ups, 8 crunches, 8 leg raises, 12 planks. Day 3 Ab Challenge: 25 sit-ups, 10 crunches, 10 leg raises, 15 planks.
