I am so wiped out from the heat, its like its sucking the life right out of me! Fortunately I do my bike riding in the morning before it gets hot and the rest of my exercise I do in the evening inside. Last night we lost power for 3 hours due to a fire (several miles away) so I had to switch gears mid exercise. We have power back today. You would think after sleeping 10 hours I would feel better, hopefully tomorrow after another good nights sleep.
