30 minute mark on the treadmill tonight! I hit it, but just barely. My legs got wobbly on me at 28 minutes and I was a little nervous I was going to fall, but I was so close the 30 marker and I refused to give up! I did awful on food today though. Had pizza last night for dinner and leftovers tonight, with 2 servings of pretzels. Ouch.
TONS of room for improvement tomorrow.

Well, we always have off days every now and again, but Congratulations on how far you've come! Just look back and take in your progress, and don't sweat the small things :) Eating pizza one or two days a week with an otherwise healthy menu is not a big deal!
