hey everybody..i have been dealing with a sick 2 year old since sunday he has blisters in his mouth hands and feet...no fun..but i have gone down i figured it was PMS bloat thats why i gained two pounds i have been doing good for the past couple of days but tomorrow my boss lady is taking me out for lunch and this week i was fasting well you know what ill do..ill work out tonight HELLA hard and in the morning and at night..me and my husband will be working out alot at night together he has gained alot of weight hahahahaha...i don't feel bad becasue i am not the only one...so now that were both on the weight loss i won't have to fight to eat healthy anymore thank you JESUS...well yes i am doing a water fast for a week it started today and becasue tomorrow ill be eating ill add a extra day so ill let you know what i lost..
192.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Oh no, my baby had that about a month ago. Its called Hand, Foot and Mouth virus. I hope your baby feels better soon.

I hope your baby feels better soon. It's good when your spouse is on the same page as you as far as food. Good luck and let us know how the fast goes.

thanks everybody i appreciate that and yes when i get off work today we will take him back to the ER..

thanks everyone for you all wishing my son well..and i GOD does answer prayers becasue he is doing better the blisters have gone away in his mouth but slowly fading away on his body...and i haven't been working out becasue of my son being sick.

I am happy to hear that your son is doing better. It was so sad when my son had it because he would be hungry, but couldnt eat due to the blisters in his mouth. Dont worry about your workout just eat right until you can get backj at it.
