following a binge.. now its time to dismiss IF and IIFYM untill eating patterns and hormones are under control. IF would be ideal if i was a busy person however... due to my sedentary lifestyle i am constantly dwelling on the idea of food which in turn is unhealthy because looking back at my restrictive times, im allowing myself to become more free while using IF and IIFYM to justify my novel unstructured eating habits. i am now develloping an ED. My current eating pattern needs a reboot
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
