I bought some pants at JcPennys today, they were a size 12. I haven't been a size 12 in about a year and a half. And I don't mean 'they fit as long as I don't sit down'. They are perfect. I am SO excited!

I'm getting on the treadmill tonight. I'm going to run 5 minute intervals for a half hour. I haven't been on the treadmill in a while so I'm hoping it goes well. Mostly I've been walking and swimming. This will be a nice change of pace, and it's something I definitely need to get back to with the 5k in 32 days. Plus I have to run off all the cake I had yesterday on my anniversary :)
