Ok, so I have a really great "fatty" recipe for all of you fellow atkiners. Sometimes I have a hard time getting in all of the fat that I need. So, I take a coffee cup and fill it up half way with heavy whipping cream, then fill the rest up with water and stick it in the microwave for a little over a min.Then I take sugar free coffee mate chocolate creamer (just 2 tsp.) And mix that in. It makes the best hot chocolate! Just wanted to share that with all of you :)

This sounds great for a chilly day. Just remember, that our limit of heavy cream on Atkins is 3 tbs.

How much fat are we supposed to have? I am sure I'm not having a problem, just curious.

Your numbers should look like 70% fat 20% protein and 10% carbs. Or as close as you can get, sometimes it's hard :)
