Had some self-image issues this week. My weight hasn't budged, but my fat% has. I'm also retaining water in all this heat, so it's hard to be really clear on my weight... it's more like a 3# range (i'm giving the upper end of that).
187.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
