Not looking forward to tomorrow. We've had a nasty heat wave all week but tomorrow will be particularly bad. It was forecast at 95 at the beginning of the week and has steadily increased in severity so now it looks like we'll get up to 98. My cooked ham runs out in one more meal and it'll be too damn hot to start cooking the beef. The heat wave will break on Saturday and I can cook again then but I still need another meal for Friday. I wonder if there are any generally accessible brands of frozen dinners that at least come close to what Atkins demands? Or should I just toss up my hands and take what I can get since I'll be able to cook again Saturday?
