Yesterday i didn't finish my exercise routine, as i mentioned, i was really tired, i took some pills to sleep and worked. I will re-start with my normal routine today as i believe i have rest more than the usual 5 hours. And fortunately weekend is almost here so i can adjust my sleep. (I really hope)

Agree with Char Gets Thing, rest is very important for healing and building a stronger body. Rest seems to be the theme of the last two days for me. Glad you did get a good night's rest!

Oh yes, you both are completely right, but even when i am absolutely tired i can not fall asleep, and i dont like sleeping pills, if you have any suggestions, please, i am all ears.

Oooff that is a tough one because it is very subjective.
What are you doing prior to bedtime? How long after you eat, is bedtime? Do you exercise, read, watch tv, go on the computer around that time? Warm baths/showers, making a bedtime ritual (ways to relax yourself/pamper yourself), warm milk, lavender are good ways to relax yourself. What is something that relaxes you that is not stimulating?
