Ok I took a long break from dieting and it crept back up on me. Time to get back into eating right. I felt like what I was eating..fat, bloated, icky! I am going to stick to my diet on weekdays and get my butt back into workout mode! I have a feeling it's going to be harder to take it off this time. Boyfriend drags me out all the time. Hard to be healthy when you're eating in a car at the drive thru! Doesn't help that he can eat all day and not gain a pound! Sheesh...
140.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
