I have to work on my energy levels, are getting really low and I'm starting to be tired all the time.
I have problems to get proper resting hour during the night, even when I'm absolutely tired i can not fall asleep. I guess that stress at work, and stress that I put on myself to lose weight is affecting me. I'm concerned because even when i am losing weight, i want to do it in a healthy way (as much as possible) and not sleeping is not good.
I will have to work on that during the next days.
145.7 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know you're doing Atkins, but carbs are what give you energy, maybe up those a little bit?

Hmmm, I took a random sample of your food diary.. You are generally eating less than the 20net carbs minimum daily recommended...

If I feel stressed and not sleeping well I meditate nothing serious I just lay or sit comfy and clear my mind and just think about my breathing and nothing else for about 10-15 minutes. Then do something energetic a few sit ups or something to get my pulse going and then I sleep much better.

Great advise, i added more carbs today, hope it helps. I'm also taking some multivitamin tablets every morning, that should add up. I'm not sure what my body is complaining about. Maybe it is just bitching because I'm losing weight too fast.

I felt like that the first week....absolutely horrible..it does get better. Drink beef broth and that should help. If you are just starting atkins it could be the loss of all the sodium. I just want to assure you it does get much better...and energy comes back...

I agree. Your energy will slowly start to come back when your body gets used to the way you're eating. This is my second time on atkins, the first time I did it I felt like total crap for the first month, but it was worth it cuz I lost 25 lbs in a month, so definitely worth it.
