Hey, dont worry about that, lets just find a moment to have some body movement after you rest a from your day. For me sometimes is really hard to go out again once i settled at home. :) But i try to push myself out.

Aw, That was sweet Yo! I did FINALLY drag myself up at 5pm to do 2 miles, but I swear I couldn't do one step more, I'm collapsed again! I am going to aim for something else tonight, but, I might just S L E E P! Thanks so much!
