Up a pound. Agh! I know exactly what I am doing wrong. I thought about it this morning:

- I am not drinking enough water
- I am allowing myself to "cheat a little" (confession below)

Last night I had to run some errands after work. (After work and before bed are my hours of biggest temptation) I know this, so you'd think I would be more careful. I wound up having to eat out at a restaurant, and I did choose the best thing I could select, but the hubby (and I am not blaming him) wanted boneless Buffalo Wings. Well, fellow dieters, I succombed to the temptation. I did it willingly and knowingly... (Full disclosure here) and dipped them in Ranch dressing.

Needless to say, the scale does not lie. One pound up. Damn!

So, I am back on the wagon again. And as my father would say, "What did you LEARN from this situation?" Well, three things: 1.) Add Boneless Buffalo Wings to my list of "Foods I cannot consume responsibly" and 2.) It takes a moment to loose two days worth of effort. 3.) The choice is MINE

P.S. Here is my list of "Foods I Cannot Consume Responsibly"

1.) Chocolate
2.) Bagels
3.) Potato Chips
4.) Suishi
5.) Boneless Buffalo Wings
