My weight stayed the same this week. I have a lot of changes to make if I want to post a loss next week.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm with you. I will weigh in Monday and I'm thinking a gain is in my future. We'll make some good changes starting this week and hopefully they will follow us into next week!
