Well, when I am not posting, I am not telling myself the truth. It is not a good substitute for me to try to eat according to a program, but not to record what I actually ate because if I have to record it, I will eat less or go to bed at night and quit eating.

I am disappointed that I did not lose this week, but I hope I have re-learned the documentation leads to weight loss lesson. Gaining one pound is not a huge price tag, but I hope to do better next week.

I love you, Fat Secret, because I don't have to go to those stupid meetings, add up points, listen to a boring, chubby little speaker or pay money to lose weight.
