Bought Ketone test strips last night at my local Wal-Mart grocery store (50 strips for $6.64, I believe, with tax). Come to find out, I am not in Ketosis. Paring back my carb count until I raise my ketosis level and get out the "stall" that I'm in (neither gaining nor losing). I think this has been what I've experience the last few weeks since my progress has slowed down so much. This isn't a plateau because it hasn't lasted for weeks... only 3 - 4 days at a time.

Geez... last night I also bought a bag of almonds, which I love... but back on my shelf they go until I see progress in my state of ketosis. Bummer!
