First day on atkins. Felt really good at work but home is where i struggle , but not giving in gonna see this through. Walked a mile today.

awesome walking a mile. Eating right at home is where I struggle also, I am going to try to plan my dinner ahead of time also. I tend to snack while cooking..ugh....but I heard that if you chew gum or have a mint or something you won't snack.....maybe I will try that. Sugar free of course:) Still gotta get my mile in tonight. Did you see our challenge.
