Lost it all on vacation in Maine.... lobster and butter weren't so bad, but most of the time it was grab a snack or fast food and in a group, sowhen you get fed up with wilted salads from a deli case, it was just easier to give in and eat along with everyone else... then when I got home I was hit with a medical crisis...mosty crisis because of all the junk and tests the doctors are thriving on... and you know how it goes.. any excuse is better than none.

I'm not going to waste time whining about it.... hey, it's not like I haven't been there before... so here goes again.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
