That was yesterday, it's now today! :) Just start back in again, follow the basics...portion control, track everything that passes your lips, DRINK THAT WATER...and no guilt! WW doesn't do guilt trips, it's a life style change, and after all...life happens, we can't stay OP every day of our life, right? You can do this, Graf, just stick with the basics. ;)

Thanks walked today and streached 219 at 6foot 3 inches!
I am trying to get my brother and 35 year old nephew to lose weight.
They will not give up beer and bread
Any suggestions?

My hubby is the same way...I don't push, but he does get stuck eating my healthy recipes now. But I still buy bread for him, and he drinks his beer on weekends. But to my surprise, after watching me for the past 6+ months, he's now asking me not to pick up any more potato chips, bread (I don't eat bread right now, I use low carb tortillas insetad), or chocolate candy! Says he wants to start getting rid of his belly! :)
But you don't wanna preach to 'em, that will definitely turn them off to the idea.If they live with you, just cook the good food and let them see that healthy doesn't have to mean YUCK! lol And maybe try to get them to try some light beers until they find one that they enjoy. :D
