Very disappointing couple of weeks. I eat healthy,do my workout and still gain. I need to change or my weight will include health problems. Time for change

Hi, I understand the frustration. I am currently plateauing as I am building more muscle. I find it very helpful to enter my foods in my food diary to monitor my "ins" and exercise diary for my "outs". It is as important to remember to fuel your body as to burn off calories. I try to stay within the daily required intake and it has helped me. I wish you luck and keep your chin up! You can do it!
