Up from Friday, but down from last Tuesday. Going to add 300 more calories to my day. A 1200 intake with a 200 grace in either direction isn't seeming to be quite enough. Close, but no cigar. Adding in hopes of avoiding the random binge sessions.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Probably a wise choice! Making sure you're belly is always full of the little things is a surefire way to reduce cravings!
