Im desperate, this overweight is driving me crazy, even when i am not getting weight i see my tummy growing, and growing.
I need help

Yo -looking at your food journal you really need to add more variety...I don't know how I could stand eating chicken breast three times a day without taking a deep dive into pizza and beer after 5. Have you tried any of the Atkins frozen foods or drinks. Although not considered okay for Induction it might help you get the process started and give you some variety. Feel free to add me to your buddy list :)
