I've always been fat, but I've never been happy about it. Last year I lost 65 lbs. I looked great and felt great, but then life's stress got in the way. I could feel the weight creeping back on, but I did nothing to stop it. I love to eat so dieting is hard. My favorite thing is going out for dinner or drinks with friends. Amazing food and great laughs make for a perfect evening.
Today is a new day. A day for a new beginning. I leave in 2 weeks for my eastern Carribean Cruise and I need to do something. You can do anything for 2 weeks. After all it is only 2 weeks. So for the next two weeks I will see how much weight I can lose. Here is my plan.
1. Consume only 1000 calories a day (I have consulted with my physician and 1000 calories is his recommendation) 2. Drink only water and 1 diet soda per day. 3. Take and post a picture every day of me and the scale.(I need accountability) 4. Walk 10000 steps a day. (My fit band will calculate this)
