I am soo sad... I know, a week of exercise cant do much to my PCOS infected body.. But, I am not loosing any weight!! Feeling soo sad and depressed. I eat moderately and does exercises too, but still no progress. Weighed today out of curiosity - still 75 kg.

Wondering if my scale is wrong!! (Hope so!!)

But, GOD, please help me reduce weight..

Be encouraged STILL Sree88. I know the scale has not changed, so far - but we know there could be many reasons for this. My scale is a fool too. lol! You and I are going to get through this weight loss stage together and come out fitter in the end. First thing's first --- REMAIN HOPEFUL and (if you can help it), don't weigh in daily. That darn scale has too much power. <3
