SELouisiana's Journal, 06 July 2013

Just completed an evening swim while at my friend's home in Houston this weekend. It was much needed tonight. Tomorrow (afternoon though) I will be back to my 5 mile walk with either my ankle or wrist weights. Counting my calories as usual and that is going just fine. Enjoying myself, meditating, and relaxing. Im so grateful for my life and the people I love around me. What a difference 10 months can make. Wow. Im so blessed. Slumber time awaits! Flight back home in the AM! :D :D :D

@Gulev: Sent you an email and also posting the tips below! Ok here are a couple things to get your head back in to the game of losing your last 20 pounds! Place your sneakers near your front door or at your bedroom door. It is a CONSTANT reminder that you have to move your body to reach your goal. Dont forget to plan out your meals a few days in advance so there's less chance for you to sabotage yourself. I plan my meals out at least 7 days in advance. Stay away or limit your interaction with negative people. Negative energy only begets more negative energy. It's really important to watch your own communications with yourself and others to make sure you are responsible for your own positive energy. Really focus on making sure the energy in *any* space you dwell (even fatsecret) is mostly positive energy. Try meditation. Help clear your mind of anything that could be holding you back from succeeding right now. 10 minutes a day is all you need. There is a Mindfulness and Meditation group on fatsecret that I posted a link to different types of meditation techniques. And lastly, never give up. You are able to overcome any obstacle in your way to reach your goal! I believe in you and you can get on track to make this happen! Let's do this!!! :D :D :D
