10 th to 16th June was the attack stage, I lost 3 kg.
moved onto the cruise stage - alternating days (at the moment my 3rd week in cruise stage) and have lost an additional 1,5 kg.

143.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
