Missed my goal of 240lbs by July 1st. I've been feeling a little down because of this miss. I have to refocus and get back at it. This month's goal is 235lbs before August 1st. "the ultimate inspiration is the deadline"
241.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can understand why you're feeling a bit down...but hey, you're refocused and have set a new goal to aim for, and that's a huge step forward! Way to go!

It is a bummer to be so close and not get to goal. Try not to focus on what you didn't do, but rather to focus on what you did do, which was to lose over 5lbs and not gain. Every little bit is a step forward in the right direction. Keep focus, you can do this!!
