Why does it seem that every time I am to weigh in, it goes up, every so slightly but up! During the rest of the week it's down but then it's not my day to weigh in. Oh well, still hoping for the best.

I was working out, lately I've tried to swim but it keeps raining. So I get out there an hour at a time. I work 9 to 10 hours per day and my house if kind of full right now, my mother-in-law and helping my husband's granddaughter, with baby. And today, I guess stress or something triggered an eating binge. OMG, way over my RDI and to many carbs. I ate so much I feel sick but if something was in front of me I'd probably eat it! Have to stay out of the kitchen for the rest of the night. Hopefully tomorrow will be much better. You can look at my food diary and see what you think. It seems like I have to have some carbs to lose weight.

i know it keeps raining her as well...yes that is true becasue if i just eat salad i don't seem to loose any weight lol its wierd but i do work out videos and the gym

I was doing a zumba tape and I just recently got a tei chi tape. Believe it or not, the doctor said under all this weight is muscle and it will be harder than normal to lose the fat on top. Gotta love it - being older, having graves disease and now fat on top of muscle. I need to get some will power and keep doing something! I give up too easy.
