It is nice to finally realize I understand my body! Yesterday I was up 3 pounds...I did not freak out, I actually didn't even bat an eye at it as I would have in the past. I cannot gain 3 pounds in one night! I knew it was water and have also realized how my body water retention fluctuates daily. Today those 3 pounds are gone again as I suspected they would be.

I knew you would get to this point. It takes a bit to get used to he idea that we can fluctuate so much, but we sure can. And at first it can sure throw you for a loop! Great job, Amy. And congrats, the weight chart is looking fantastic!

Thanks Stef. It seems that I was lacking in the veggie dept and that has fueled my fire-so to speak :) You are doing wonderfully as well! Hope you feel better soon.
