As of June 12th I started walking and could do ten minutes. I huff and puff and everything burns. The thing is I keep wondering if this walking is going to get easier. I know it will but some days it is hard to feel. I am now up to 30 minutes and I still huff and puff and burn but I do it. I went from no exercising to walking. I am one of those people that hate exercise but I really need to lose weight.
