Re-induction week is going well although I am up 3 pounds this morning. I feel slightly puffy so I figure it's water. It feels like 200% humidity here so my hair is probably holding the 3 lbs of water LOL!
Managed to remember to bring my strips to work so I can test in the middle of the day to find my best fat burning time. So far I haven't gotten over 'small' since Saturday.
