Today is a new day. I have joined a gym and will try with my every effort to loose this weight once and for all. I know the changes I need to make and make them I must! I saw a post from a fellow dieter and it was an inspiration for me and I sure for many others. I have challenged a co-worker to be my work out buddy and hopefully we can help to motivate each other in this journey.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
