Oops. Went over a tiny bit today. But I was huuuuungry today and felt like I was absolutely starving. I could, of course, have made a better choice than to have Arby's curly fries... but c'mon! Baby steps! I can't cut out everything delicious cold turkey style! I have to sneak it in every now and again. The good thing here though is that I counted everything. I've not cheated myself at all. If it goes in my mouth, it goes on my diet calendar. With the exception of water. My first day I kept track of my water as I drank it to make sure I drank 8 cups, but since then I just drink the water.
But right now... I am happy! And not hungry! Going 3% over was worth it how I've been feeling the past two days, lol. I'd rather go 3% over today and be happy then go crazy and go 50% over 2 or 3 days in a row. Eep!
