Had a crazy Saturday weight wise. I counted everything the best I could and think I got at least 95%+ accuracy. There are far too many Mexican restaurants to be certain I picked the stuff!
But... even though I went over board on Saturday (was a special occasion), my weekly average was still ~200 kcal under my RDI. I know that I probably should be eating a little bit more... but I'm trying very hard to make a strong start. It's easier to be too cautious. Can't take away calories after you've eaten them!!!
