Been in a slump the past few days. Skipped my run on Friday, then for some reason on Saturday I just couldn't keep with it. Only ran 7 instead of my usual 12-15. Today I wasn't feeling it either. So instead of running, I did my usual walk and then pumped up my tired on my bike. Now I'm feeling great! I think I just needed to switch it up a little. I'm going to try to ride my bike instead of running at least 2x's a week now.

My food habits haven't been that spectacular either, but they weren't awful. Went to a birthday party yesterday. Had a hot dog and pasta salad, but skipped on the cake. And we got to play Flimsy, I love that game! Hoping for a better week this week than I did last week!
