kale, mushrooms and carrots were my staple foods. I had some restraunt salads because of my schedule. I want to limit those.. I prefer fresh whole food from home.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
