Wow, another day of rain, rain and evacuations around the city of calgary. Crazy. Really makes it hard to keep motivated. All I want to do is curl up with my puppy and a cup of tea, maybe watch a little T.V. I think I can pass on the 40 minute walk today after all the stairs I have done today.25 stairs up 25 down, i have been up and down 17 times today.
