WOW! I am weighing my self at the perfect time these last two days, lol! I know that I'm not losing a pound a day... but I'm somehow weighting myself at a time during the day when my weight has fluctuated down a bit. It looks great on paper if it it's not the trend!

Sadly though... It's REALLY disheartening to see that it will take over a year for me to reach my goal weight (180 down from 230) and that my goal weight will still be considered obese.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
