Ok, huge mistake last night. My husband was tired of cooking and so we went out to eat. I usually get a grilled chicken spinach salad from Perkin's with the fat free dressing and a bowl of soup. But I was tired, hungry and bored with that (as that had been my go-to item lately) when we went out to eat. So, I selected the grilled chicken crunchy salad with honey mustard dressing. HUGE MISTAKE. I come to learn not only am I up two pounds (yes, two pounds) today, the calories in my salad last night exceeded my daily allowance. I am so disgusted! I knew that I should not have done that, but I did and now I pay the consequences. Ok, NOT DOING THAT AGAIN. So, I am right back on the saddle, and following my plan 100% today NO MATTER WHAT.
