28 years old and 250 lbs
I just can't live like this any more!!!!
IT is time to take control of my life again.
IT is time to be disciplined and focused!!
I am choosing this not just for my health and happiness but for the my family.

You can do it. As you begin to develop your plan get a good book to read to help you along the way. I've lost 15 pounds since April 2013. I've been just working, reading my ebook, watching my calories through my fat secret app, and through moderate exercise. Good luck to you.
