I smoke so I bought an electric Cigarette and not doing so well but I haven't bought regular cigarettes. So Green tea has not been on my mind and did horrible on my eating plan but did workout so I managed to lose 1 lb.

Today, I'm going to make a chart to make sure I eat well and get all my exercises done.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
