been lifting weights for a week with body weight squats and 3 mile runs 1x and sometimes 2x a week. no boxing BC of elbow injury for three weeks now.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
