I am happy with day one of my challenges I think I have chosen good ones for me as the Journalling challenge stopped me from putting some things in my mouth as I knew I would have to write it down and stop kidding myself! THe 100-push up challenge was great too as I often skip my pilates stretches that I need to do but I did the 7, 7,5,4 and 7 pushups yes on my knees but still you have to start somewhere! Then I figured since I already on the floor I might as well do my pilates stretches now. So it was a great day 1!
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
