Wohooo first real update

Ok so, I've been hitting the gym constantly for the last 6 months, dieting for... around 4, and HARD dieting for the last two.

After a weekly loss of 1 or 1.5 kg, my body finally found a way and killed the burn, barely managing .5 kg last week. I knew it would happen and actually it couldn't have been at a better time, I was already planning on upping my calorie intake since I was just too tired troughout the day.

So, ditching the three day excercise, 1200 daily intake routine and slowly upping to four day excercise, 2000 daily intake.

I'll go from a 1300 daily deficit to a smaller, 500 def, but that should hold strong till october, when bulking season starts again.

What else? Well, I barely lost any gains during the 1300 def. but there WAS loss and that's what sucks, my damn bench is already light as hell and it's only getting lighter. Hope to finally hit a solid 1.5 plate before bulking, but it's really only hope.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
