I lost 7 pounds after just two weeks of dieting!!! I hope the rest will come off as quickly! It gives me hope that I will reach my goal weight at some point!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
