Dropped off my counting calories routine. Started eating a lot, especially sweets and eating pretty much whatever I wanted. And in large quantity so now gained 10 pounds within 4 months. Good news is I'm trying to exercise more and have added my daughters to my gym membership. Just have to stop eating so much.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
