Goal Weight
Since I'm being so aggressive in my weight training, I have come to the conclusion that a goal weight of 10 pounds less than I currently weigh is unrealistic. I would have to lose muscle as well as fat, and I think it would be healthier for me to hold onto as much muscle as possible for as long as I can. So I have decided to modify my goal weight and keep trying to build/maintain lean muscle!
