Did a hike this morning.. Feeling good.. Hiked for 1 hour and 36 minutes.. 3.62 miles at the Trump Golf course and trails with my sister.. Since I hadn't hiked for 2 weeks my legs felt it.. Have to get back to the 1x a week hike. Feels good and relaxing when out with nature.
Actually I need to get back to my every day workout on the bike!
